The drivers, packers, sales, and office staffs that planned, packed, transported, and delivered your move are proud of the work they do and are interested to hear your comments. We will pass on praise and investigate criticism in order to help us continue to make enhancements to the overall quality of our international moving services.

They've opened a can of worms there! At least your stuff didn't end up on a Cornish beach!
oooh man, you've got to post your response when you send it...
I was slightly concerned when someone pointed out the Cornish ship news story, but I knew my stuff was in Brisbane by that time, which was (in one limited way, at least) pleasing.
The thing's an on-line multi-choice survey for the most part, and I'm limited to 500 characters of free text. So no novella rants. (And the way they've worded it is very leading - "Do you have any suggestions or have any further comments that could improve our service, or was there any aspect of our service that particularly pleased you?" (Tempted to put - "When it finished!" for the last bit.) I will post the answer once I've done it.
One more funny thing is that they're clearly designing for IE only, as the form's quite screwed up (e.g. I can choose between "Y" and " N" for some of the questions!)
